Perform a Lot Inquiry
The Mobile Device can be used to quickly call up information about a Lot. This can be helpful for checking a Lot's whereabouts in the Warehouse, and Lot availability.
Prerequisites
- Warehouse
- Lot Controlled Materials
- Inventory in your Warehouse
Step 1. Open the Lot Inquiry section
1. Tap the Warehouse tab.
2. Tap the Inquiry tab.
3. Tap Lot Inquiry, or press F3.
Step 2. Perform Lot Inquiry
1. Scan or enter the Lot Number.
2. Tap or press F5 to load the Lot information.
The Lot information will be displayed, including the Material and its Description, the Vendor Lot, and the amounts in your Inventory.
By pressing F9, you can reorganize the information by Location, and then, by pressing F9 again, by License Plate. Pressing F9 a third time will display the Inventory as they first were.
